Nissin 7/11 Premium Sumire Sapporo Miso Instant Ramen

Sumire is a popular miso ramen chain originally from the northern city of Sapporo, Hokkaido.  It and Junren are two famous ramen restaurants that were part of the second wave of Sapporo style miso ramen restaurants that opened after Aji no Sanpei invented the style in 1953.  Sumire's version of the soup is more rich than regular miso ramen that is often described as deeply savory with hints of garlic and onion.
